Intergard 345
L'Intergard 345 est un apprêt époxy bi-composant à séchage rapide, conçu pour une application directe sur métal en milieu industriel et commercial. Sa formulation haut extrait sec et faible teneur en COV offre une protection anticorrosive performante en une ou deux couches, réduisant les temps d'arrêt en production.
- Application directe sur métal grenaillé (SSPC-SP 6 minimum recommandé) ou préparé manuellement (SSPC-SP 2/3)
- Séchage rapide — idéal pour les chaînes de production à fort débit
- Protection anticorrosion de catégorie C3
- Résistance aux fumées chimiques, aux projections et à l'abrasion
- Large gamme de couleurs disponibles
- Épaisseur recommandée : 3 à 5 mils de film sec par couche
Applications typiques : charpentes métalliques, machinerie industrielle, équipements en atelier de fabrication, structures en acier.
